With EasyGo, Advanced Manufacturing Barcelona will be investing in a technology that helps visitors and exhibitors to visit the future and facilitate the face-to-face experience at the event, which translates into a better return on investment for exhibitors.

What is EasyGo & Smartbadge technology?
As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1,2 or 3 Smart Badge readers depending on the EasyGo package you have purchased.
The Smart Badge technology requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience.
On your My Easyfairs account, you will have the capability to upload content for each of your assigned readers.
At the end of the event day, visitors who have touched on your reader(s) will receive a Visit Summary email containing all the information uploaded on your reader(s).
As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your reader(s) by the end of the event. You can easily download the leads export from your My Easyfairs account.

Smart Badge technology requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% secure event experience.
You will be able to upload your company information and content to each of the assigned readers within your My Easyfairs account.
How does Smart Badge technology share exhibitor information with visitors?
At the end of the event day, visitors who have touched your reader(s) will receive an email with a summary of their visit and all the information uploaded to your reader(s).
How does Smart Badge technology share visitor data with exhibitors?
As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected by your reader(s) at the end of the event. You can easily download an Excel file with the leads from your My Easyfairs account.

Frequently asked questions
You can access My Easyfairs through this link. If you have not accessed the platform before, you will need to create an account. You can add additional users to My Easyfairs through the platform in the ‘Manage Stand’ section.
As an exhibitor, you will have access to My Easyfairs, the show app, Visit Connect and Smart Badge readers. Your specific package will determine how many Smart Badge readers you will receive and the additional marketing opportunities you will have access to.
You can check which EasyGo package you have via My Easyfairs, or by checking your stand booking confirmation.
Your Smart Badge readers will be linked to your company information in My Easyfairs. Any visitor who touches your reader will receive an email with the company information of all the stands they have visited.
Once the fair is over and the Smart Badge readers have been returned, you will automatically have access to all the contacts in your reader. The contacts will be available from midday the day after the end of the event and can be downloaded from My Easyfairs.
Visit Connect and Smart Badge technology offer you the best opportunity to increase the quantity and quality of your leads. Visit Connect is a useful tool for qualifying leads when you talk to them and gives you immediate access to their information. Smart Badge readers allow visitors to access their information automatically and you can follow up with them even if they don’t have time to stop by your stand and have a conversation.
