ASOCIACION DE INDUSTRIAS DE ACABADOS DE SUPERFICIES

AIAS is the Association of surface finishing industries in Spain. The head office is located in Sabadell (Barcelona). AIAS currently has 132 member companies. The mission of the association is to safeguard the common professional interests of the associated entrepreneurs and to promote the progress of business management by providing efficient and quality services in the field of representation, information, advice and technical training (AIAS Academy), giving immediate response to the present and future needs of the company.

AIAS publishes the quarterly magazine ‘Ingeniería de Superficies’, in print and digital format. It also distributes a monthly digital newsletter.
AIAS participates in trade fairs and congresses, e.g. BIEMH, Subcontratación, MetalMadrid and MetalBarcelona and also in European projects (RESINSURF Interreg Sudoe), and is a member of the European Committee for Surface Treatment (CETS).
