About us

At Curvat, we bring solutions and services since 1966, we are specialists in bending, machining, forming and welding tubes and profiles with hight precision.

TUBE BENDING
- Curvat's main activity.
- More than 25 different bending machines.
- Bending up to tube Ø150 mm.
- We can bend tubes of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or brass.
- We bend rounds, squares, rectangles, ovals and special shapes.
- Capabilities to bend specially complex forms, combining in automatic cycle different radius in the same piece.
PROFILES BENDING
- Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or brass profiles bending.
- Special-shaped profiles bending.
- Wide possibilities of aluminum profiles bending with application to multitude of sectors.
LASER TUBE
- Laser tube cutting and mechanized of different sections form straight bar (max. Ø140 mm)
- Possibility to process 3D formed tubes (bent, hydro formed…) and complete tubular space frames assemblies.
- Manufacture of counterfoils is not necessary.
WELDING
- Several welding technologies are used by Curvat, depending on the part and material:
MIG, TIG, Laser, Oxy-acetylene, Orbital, robotic welding…
Own prdouction of tools, possibility of implement different quality checks.
