KOMBY
Komby is a manual industrial painting system, ideal for small production runs or touch-ups, thanks to its ability to load different parts onto the overhead conveyor, each requiring different colors. Highly adaptable to metal parts of varying dimensions, its modular components allow for future revisions and modifications of the painting system with additional modules. Below are the possible configurations that can be achieved by combining the different modules.
EUROCAR
Eurocar is a system for the industrial painting of large metal products. It allows for the semi-automatic painting of large parts that, due to their size, are difficult to handle with a traditional single-lane overhead conveyor. The system features a parts conveyor with predetermined intervals to accommodate all types of products. It consists of two single-lane tracks connected by a rocker arm system. This special conveyor advances automatically at timed intervals to execute the various work phases throughout the painting cycle.
EUROVERTICAL
Always at the forefront of new technologies, our vertical painting systems are designed and manufactured at Euroimpianti's headquarters. Each of our systems is configured and customized according to the number of aluminum profiles to be painted and the specific material flow requirements within the production process. They are distinguished by the exceptionally high quality of the materials used and the special attention paid to energy and thermal efficiency. EUROHORIZONTAL
EuroHorizontal is the ideal system for horizontally painting aluminum profiles and other large objects, such as blinds, enclosures, and similar metal products. The unique feature of this system is that, equipped with a double-lane overhead conveyor, it allows for varying the hanging interval and speed between different sections of the line, depending on the specific work objectives. Thanks to the use of specially developed software, even with varying speeds, the interaction of the circuits and the movement of the loads will be perfectly synchronized.
EUROCOMPACT
EuroCompact is the ideal aluminum profile painting system when maximizing installation space is paramount. The system comprises a loading unit, a mobile paint booth, a bell-shaped curing oven, and an unloading area. The system is suitable for companies that need to treat aluminum bars or sheets that have been pre-treated for painting or that require a washing/degreasing system with immersion tanks. EuroCompact is a fully automatic, compact, and efficient system.
EURO 90
Euro 90 is the industrial powder coating system for semi-finished and metal products, featuring fully automated process phases. It is suitable for companies with mass production and for independent painters who need to guarantee fast turnaround times for large batches. In the 1990s, driven by strong market growth in demand for powder coating systems, Euroimpianti's engineering creativity was spurred by the desire to mass-produce these systems.
