Business Analyst

What will your job at Odoo be like? You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from day one in the implementation of Odoo and helping them improve their business processes. You’ll analyze their needs, identify optimization opportunities, and design tailored solutions. You’ll work on multiple projects at the same time — typically between 3 and 11 — and gain autonomy as you grow, with the support of your team. You’ll also deliver training sessions to clients and partners, helping them become Odoo experts and successfully manage their own projects.
Customer Support Analyst
What we expect from you: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to ensure the happiness of our current and potential customers, as well as our colleagues, by strategically finding the best solutions to their issues. Your mission will be to assist users of our software by researching and providing the perfect answers to their questions. When a customer request comes in — through tickets, live chat, or phone calls — you’ll need to understand the issue, investigate it, and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. If necessary, you'll redirect customers to the appropriate department based on the nature of the request, maintaining open and constant communication with other teams.
Business Development Representative (BDR)

We don’t want you to think your work will be monotonous or boring — our team is known for being dynamic, proactive, and constantly facing new challenges. You’ll be in contact with new clients every day and gain exposure to a wide variety of industries. As a Business Advisor at Odoo, your main role will be to attract potential clients interested in our software, analyze their needs, and handle the negotiation and sales process. We manage the full sales cycle — meaning we generate the leads internally, and you’ll have full autonomy to manage the sales cycle your way, right through to closing the deal and onboarding the client.
