Your sales representative has sent you a request to your email, check that it is not in spam. Through this email you will enter your private area on MyEasyfairs<\/a>.<\/p>\n

From Tuesday 30 September at 09:00 exhibitors will be able to place additional orders at the Operations desk in the Exhibitor Lounge.<\/p>\n

Orders will be subject to availability of stock and technical possibility of the service and must be paid for on receipt of the invoice, which will be sent to the e-mail address in the usual way.<\/p>\n

The furniture models may be substituted for others of similar characteristics depending on stock availability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The furniture as well as any contracted elements and any pre-decorated stand items are on a rental basis; therefore the exhibitors can’t keep the elements\u00a0 must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The organisation does not have materials such as ladders, double-sided tapes, tools, paint, etc…<\/p>\n

What can I use with that power? Where is the electrical box located? What does it give me that power for?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

The socket integrated in the single-phase panel is 500 W, enough to connect one or two devices (mobile phone, laptop…).<\/p>\n

It is always advisable for exhibitors to contract additional sockets to distribute the power of the switchboard according to their needs.<\/p>\n

The KWs provided with the participation cover the basic lighting service and the single-phase socket.<\/p>\n

Calculate the power that the exhibition elements integrate and remember that to the additional electrical distribution board you must add the consumption for the elements (extra KWs of consumption).<\/p>\n

The general lighting panel is located by law between 100 and 180cm high from the ground, duly fixed to the structure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you need more power than that assigned to your stand, you have to order the electrical box that covers that power and the extra KWs<\/strong> as the box does not include them.<\/p>\n

The 5 Kws boxes<\/strong> or less are single-phase<\/strong>. Those with a power of 10 Kws<\/strong> or more are three-phase.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under no circumstances will three-phase sockets be connected to single-phase electrical box. If you need single-phase sockets on your three-phase box, you must let us know in advance.<\/p>\n

It is madatory to confirm the need for an electrical box with special sockets<\/strong>; the price of these may vary from the catalogue.<\/p>\n

It is compulsory to use an electrical box ordered with EASYFAIRS<\/strong> for the connection to the hall’s electrical network.<\/p>\n
