Machining & Moulds - Vacuum Forming
Vacuum Forming technology enables the manufacturing of large-surface thermoplastic components with an excellent cost-efficiency ratio. Ineo’s technical versatility facilitates the production of housings, linings, and technical components for sectors such as automotive, medical, and electronics, providing solutions that rigorously meet the requirements of the components to be manufactured. This technology is used for the manufacture of high quality small and large format components of simple or relatively complex geometries. Manufacturing parts using Vacuum Forming is less expensive than other manufacturing methods as production cycles are fast, it is a versatile technology and allows to manufacture from a wide variety of thermoplastic materials. In case part design needs to be modified in the early stage of product development, Vacuum Forming moulds can be modified or easily replaced faster and cheaper than any other technology. Ineo’s technical agility in vacuum forming processes allows us to offer highly competitive response times and great adaptability to design changes. MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQ
Thanks to the bidirectional interface, MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQ can receive instructions and respond wirelessly to signals from the network. To do so, it uses the ISM frequency 868 MHz resp. 915 MHz. Additional benefits Accurate: two measuring methods (torque / tightening angle). Simply more eficient: dispensing with cable connections makes it easy to apply settings from the production control system quickly and efciently. One for all the receiver station is able to process data from several MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQs at the same time. Hand Chain Hoists by “JAGUAR” are the handheld devices and an excellent combination of quality, safety and performance. These are lightweight ,compact, and very user friendly. Suspension and load hooks are forged in high strength steel and are provided with safety bolts capable of rotating 360 degree. The disc brakes are double lining and do not contain metal particles or toxic materials. The link chains are manufactured in high strength steel and duly complied with national and international standards. All JAGUAR hand chain hoists are tested beyond their nominal capacity. Each hoist is supplied with a test certificate listing the serial number and an instruction manual containing the CE compliance declaration.
